Screaming into a pillow

Today I got the overwhelming urge during a breathe work session to release a ton of energy all at once so I flipped over and screamed into my pillow as loud and long as I possibly could, till it felt like I was going to pass out or my throat was going to tear ... and it was fucking LIBERATING, holy shit!! 

I’ve never done this before and even though my throat hurts I feel amazing today ??

The car is a good spot.

I second the car, many a tantrum have been thrown in my back seat. Always felt like I could let loose more there.

Also. That's built up energy you can also release in a way by focusing on a specific thing you'd like to get done. It's creative power energy! But yes, screaming or body dance movement meditation is a great way to come to zero point

It's a bath. A recharge.
