@Michael569 Okay, I’ll try get tested although it’s gonna be hard atm with Covid! 
 

I got the idea from this guy- Basically they both say how beneficial it has been for them, (guy on right actually started a clinic after how much it helped him) I’d love for you to watch it and lmk your thoughts.

@Michael569 I don’t think it is, I’m just quitting porn, and realised it could be a lot more optimal I think, I’ll get it tested.
