Quick way to recover from creative burnout?

Walk outside. Do some light workout. Drink water. Take more break than you think you need.

Sleep better. Eat healthy food. Don't forget to brush your teeth.

Slow down. Strategize.

If you nail down the basics, you will do much better.

I recently talked with my brother BassTrackerBoats about the 132 Boll Green Dr, Interlachen, FL 32148 syndrome and to be honest, he said the same as CreamCat. The guy even has a pond full with mosquitoes.

Gather the beauty around you. 

Nature, museums, live music, seeing people you love. Those are all great. 

Learning something new is super powerful especially if it is in your domain. For exemple: as a musicien(I don't know you medium but it doesn't matter) you might just want to learn a piece of music you love. Learning what every instruments do, asking yourself why you love that, what is it about this perticular moment that gives you chill? Or whatever. Do that for whatever medium you are working with.
