@Ponder I am talking about abiding non-dual states. I've been in one for over a year. You still crave in those states, and suffer for it.

@Markus you wouldn't be posting this if you were in a non-dual state.

Are you saying you are transitioning to the ego and back to God a couple of times within a few weeks?

What have you become conscious of?

@Markus An abiding non-dual state is not what enlightenment is. Enlightenment is becoming God on earth (so to speak), and thereby no longer suffering. Does God suffer? ;)
