Making a move or telling her?

Is it generally better to make a move on a girl or tell her you want to be more than friends?

I had girls reject my moves in the past and when I told them they were surprised I felt that way. Do some women need to hear it?

You dont tell her anything you make her laugh tease her then ask for number

Ask her out if she doesnt want to then she doesnt have interest...and watch her body language indicators of interest...they will tell you when to make a move

If you mean physical touch\going for a kiss by "making a move" - of course do that instead of "asking"
