Is there a way to learn it online? Any more info on this?

Is the purpose of this to get people up to a normal level so they can start proper yoga?

That would be exactly what I need... I do meditation right now but I feel like I would need a therapist first.

That would be exactly what I need... I do meditation right now but I feel like I would need a therapist first.

This one is like a preperation for yoga. It has big and imediate benefits for your body, mind and emotions.

You can learn it online.

Travel, do new things every day. Replace old patterns with new unpredictable ones. Eventually they overlap and overtake.

Take drugs.  Only problem is that it won't last long, and when it runs out you're back to where you started. Good times. Trust me
