Divine Love - A Short Story

4 posts in this topic

A young girl finds a baby bird and puts in a cage and watches and plays with it every day, for months she is so happy playing and being with this wonderful new colorful rainbow of a character that she had found, she loved it so much that she wanted to keep it forever! Several months went by and eventually the girl moved on playing less and less with the bird and moving onto new interests in life but still loving the bird(as much as she did) she never let it go. One day she realized the bird was unhappy, un-free, wanted it to fly like the other birds in the sky as she didn't have time to be with birdie all the time and wouldn't play anymore, at the same time she didn't wanna let it go though, (she loved it too much).

As she grew older one day she had a breakdown and decided to let the bird free and fly away, at first it was hard for the girl and the bird wasn't sure what to do(because birds born in cages think flying is an illness) but slowly it got the idea then flapped about and eventually flew out of the cage all over the sky in such joy and happiness that the girl's breakdown healed instantly and awakened her that she now saw that she loved the bird more than ever before, this was a new kinda love, a pure love, a divine love that felt like home as she allowed it to be free, to be happy the bird can now be as happy as how the bird made her feel when she had found her and she finally understood that by letting go, you are capable of divine love by letting be, you are giving freedom. This in universal reflect gave her freedom and she became Enlightened.

A flower cannot be picked, taken home and expect to continue growing, that is not divine love,

A flower must be watered, and appreciated in order to grow in its divine way.

This is Divine Love, This is Freedom.

Beautiful. It shows that everything in reality comes, and go's; and to live in divine love we sometimes need to let go (of attachments; which have served all they can).

Feel your hearts embrace of this moment of existence, and your love will awaken in everything you perceive ❤️

That's powerful.

Bearing with the conditioned in gentleness, fording the river with resolution, not neglecting what is distant, not regarding one's companions; thus one may manage to walk in the middle. H11L2

Quote

Lord make me an instrument of your peace
Where there is hatred let me sow love
Where there is injury, pardon
Where there is doubt, faith
Where there is despair, hope
Where there is darkness, light
And where there is sadness, joy

O divine master grant that I may
not so much seek to be consoled as to console
to be understood as to understand
To be loved as to love
For it is in giving that we receive
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned
And it's in dying that we are born to eternal life
