Funny , is like love,, you can't describe it and you can't define it.. all you can do is feel it  .. and to express it out of nowhere

Ground from my mind to reality. Even though i meditate every day, most of the time i'm still living in my mind. So by grounding myself i mean waking myself up to what is. I have to remind myself many times a day that i'm chasing my thoughts again.
