questions

Its alot of questions, id imagine (questions to come). Once ya ask, then ya might have a basket of questions that beg answering from many directions, which is usually how it works. Or it can also go 'totally off the rails, full tilt-like. Such are them unfortunate consequences, sometimes, but such is life. We ride the waves w/ the wolves and all the things ~ upon focusing in on it. And when  we're  not... It just doesnt exist, existence as something that can be limited, sectioned-off...

Yes exactly! Half the reason I normally have these discussions over voice chat with lovely people who enjoy these types of conversations. Open dyadic discussions where the answers might not be arrived at, as much as we are simply involved in a state of wonder and not knowing.

It is far easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled.

... To finish that thought, Then, you have the unlimited, and such is the paradox (to come).

Both. Enlightenment is something someone acquires because there's an ontological shift in consciousness. Consciousness is ontological, when increased, reality changes.

Who is there to be enlightened, though?

Imagine you're really tired after a long day's work, and all you want to do is sleep. But as you enter your bedroom, you find me standing there pissing all over your pillow. How do you respond, with namaste ?

It's your conditioning, silly human! INTEGRATE THAT SHIT :D

Where did you learn that pee was not welcome? Where did you learn that a wet pillow was unpleasant? When did you start associating work day length or tasks being hard and tiring? All these negative judgements! Dissolve it! Integrate it!

No one there to even judge!

Ultimate unselfishness - toss out survival, biology, incentive structures...

____

In all seriousness - the word respond is good. Responding is what reaction becomes on the path. At least in my experience. The larger the attachment, the higher the likelihood of reaction.

Even if this is true, you can't help but react too.

Yes, and we must admit that anger is probably the most vilified of all emotions.

Hence even in some spiritual circles we're trying to delete it all together, almost religiously.

My sense is that an enlightened dude, whatever that is, in the example above, could have a burst of anger and express it, but very quickly it's gone. Done and dusted.

Yes. I agree. The nature of the expression is up for question - It might be the only revealing tell of integration.

Total allowance of the anger might be a punch directly to the "urinators" face...

Or a simply curmudgeonly "humph!" grumble

Or maybe just the thought "this is unfortunate"
