 The moment you genuinely begin investigating your own mind, you discover something : the mind is essentially bottomless. There is no final layer of understanding, no ultimate conceptual framework, and no point at which you can confidently declare that you have exhausted the possibilities of thought.

This is something Leo has explored extensively. One of his central capabilities of generating endless insights for 13 years now is that he tapped into his mind and discovered it’s infinite capacity to generate ideas, perspectives, interpretations, and entire models of reality. You can investigate your mind indefinitely, digging deeper and deeper into its creative possibilities, without ever running out of new ideas. You can construct an entire worldview, dismantle it, construct another one, and then discover an entirely different way of looking at existence.

 

Think about it: I could develop an elaborate philosophical position, defend it against you, challenge your counterarguments, and continue this intellectual exchange indefinitely without ever arriving at an absolutely final conclusion. The mind can generate an endless chains of arguments, counterarguments, distinctions, and conceptual models. This is the nature of its seemingly limitless creative potential.

 Leo explained  this technique in his video called “An Adanced Explanation of God-Realization “ . Imagine the Y-axis on a mathematical graph extending infinitely upward. Every additional piece of knowledge, every new concept, every philosophical distinction, and every intellectual model takes you further upward. You can keep adding information indefinitely. Physicists, philosophers, theologians, and religious thinkers have spent centuries investigating different dimensions of existence, yet no collection of theories or explanations has brought humanity to a universally accepted final understanding of reality.

But here is where things become even more interesting: try to hold on to a single thought, concept, or conceptual framework and examine it closely for just three seconds. Can you actually preserve it without it changing, dissolving, or being replaced by another thought? Concepts  and thoughts are unstable. They are mental constructions, descriptions, and interpretations. The more closely you investigate them, the more you begin to recognize their limitations. What initially appeared to be solid knowledge can dissolve like a mirage. In the end, it is all words, distinctions, and conceptual representations.

Now consider the opposite direction on the Y-axis.

Instead of moving upward by accumulating knowledge, you move downward by subtracting concepts, assumptions, distinctions, and accumulated beliefs. You progressively empty your mind of its conceptual contents. Eventually, you may arrive at a state in which there is very little left to question or investigate intellectually.

This is where people like our fellow James123 enter the picture. From that position, the entire proplem of figuring reality out seem laughable or even incomprehensible. If you have emptied your mind of the very distinctions and conceptual frameworks that make a philosophical problem visible, you might genuinely struggle to understand why anyone considers it a problem in the first place. 

But there is an important distinction here: having fewer concepts is not the same as having resolved the questions those concepts raise.

The fundamental point is that the mind has an extraordinary capacity for both expansion and reduction. You can endlessly generate new conceptual worlds, or you can strip away concepts until there is almost nothing left to investigate. Neither direction should be confused with possessing some final, unquestionable understanding of existence.

You are free to utilize your mind’s infinite energy or empty it to zero .

Moving up the Y-axis is not just more concepts, it is more consciousness and more understanding of Reality/God/Consciousness/Mind/Self/Love.

Going up gives you consciousness and understanding that cannot be had by going down. That is why Buddhists have such a poor understanding of God.

But why is one direction superior to the other ? That’s just a bias of yours .maybe  A buddhist monk doesn’t understand god but I don’t think that this bothers him .

Nothing is superior to anything. You can go be a Nazi instead of spirituality and that is fine.

But if your goal is to understand Reality, moving up is necessary.

Moving up is superior for knowing God. If you don't care to know God, that's fine, but then I will know God better than you. There is nothing wrong either way.

for me personally, I like both . And I think you have explored both. But at this particular time in your journey you’re clearly more interested in going upward .

I agree . But as Leo pointed out that there is a difference between speculating/theorizing/ empty philosophy..and actual understanding of what you are working out with your mind . 
Christians are engaged in endless mind expansion about mere useless beliefs, as an example .

One way to define moving up is seeing connections in everything.

Seeing Mind = Reality = Truth = Solipsism = Love = God = Infinity = Purity = Lack of bias = Selflessness = Nothing = One.

The bottom approach would mean deconstructing each concept down to nothingness, but both approaches are essentially leading you to the same connection: All = God = Nothing = One.

(If you're doing it correctly)

Either you merge everything together into one through union, or you deconstruct everything down into one through emptiness, not-knowing, etc.
