The problem with gaslighters: they toy with individual’s specific realities and every level is another bargain with the devil.

The only way to maintain composure to a gaslighter is to already have it. Otherwise they will distort you until you don’t remember where you started.

I don’t expect my week timeout to do much for Joseph. I’m sure he’ll just play dumb. That’s why I blocked him.

I’m not going to deal with that bs or act like randomly gaslighting someone is cool.

At least the trolls and jokers are fun and have the excuse of impulsivity.

Gaslighting someone—randomly—on a forum is far more extreme than any level of defensiveness, trolling, being an ass, etc.

I will follow up with Joseph exactly one week after I originally said I would, in accordance with his own wishes.

We will see if he’s reflected at all. I’ve seen him do this to others.

We’ll see how he grapples with the pattern coming to fruition.

Leo is well within his legal, personal and spiritual right to maintain as much distance as he pleases and or, is reasonable to do so.

Leo has already acknowledged that he is not perfect and like all of us here, are a work in progress.

This tone is not at all needed in your post.

There is room for improvement in the design of the system that makes up the forum as a whole, that subject I have critiqued on more than one occasion, that alone would address the health of the forum, the conversations within it and expectations around Leo's relationship to the forum.

@Leo Gura is a video creator and uploads his videos to a platform, in this case YouTube, that does not entitle you to his time purely because you take in his teachings and learn from him.

This is why Leo also has a course that you need to pay for.

The internet is a highly unstable environment to simply have unfiltered boundaries around direct contact where Leo feels implicitly obligated to attend zoom calls, etc. 

Inadequate boundaries, from emotional to spiritual to intellectual to in the forums case and obviously peoples main calling based on the patterns of the forum rather than its "casual" declaration, development boundaries, is precisely why I believe the redesign of the forum is where the focus should be.

Not in requiring that Leo compromise his boundaries in any shape or form without his consent.

Please reflect on this topic deeply before blindly diving into it, this topic requires a depth of self-awareness and foresight to justify its purpose for starting.

Dictating the boundaries of a person without respect rather than focusing on critiquing the design of an environments creative space, in this case the forum, which dictates the sophistication by which people can interact online, including more interactively like through zoom, etc, is not the self-awareness to lead with.

You could say that, if that’s how you perceive it.  it’s difficult to truly know another person’s inner world, even through face-to-face communication, let alone through text messages.

Personally, I think he possesses exceptional clarity when it comes to the work of consciousness. that doesn’t necessarily mean he can offer sound advice on practical matters such as health, dating, or other aspects of everyday life. when he attempts to apply his ideas about enlightenment to the practical issues of ordinary life,At that point, it becomes clear that he is conflating consciousness work for guidance about  everyday situations. 
and again that’s my own personal opinion. He’s something from the past now . I wish we could have more people like him on the forum today . Because Leo doesn’t put that much effort on the forum despite posting actively for years because he intentionally posts casually and less formally  on the forum.

I obviously don’t and can’t control what people say or talk about here , even Leo can’t , unless there is severe violation of the guidelines or something like that . 

I would like to see more maturity in the discussion. And the only way for this to happen is if the people who post are themselves mature and experienced in consciousness work . If we had 4 people as such , they could autocorrect any confusion which the less experienced members have and help guide the people here towards truthful conclusions about consciousness work .
