ADHD - genetics or trauma?

Nothing ever really worked for me apart from ADHD meds.

So, my intuition points to ADHD being legit.

I know and love Gabor Mate but at the end of the day that is simply another thesis, model, hypothesis among many others.

Meeting other neurodivergent people with ADHD for example and it's like you're interacting with a different species or subtype of human.

Have you ever met an awakened person that was also neurodivergent?

There you go...

Some Kundalini sh!t to be quite honest with you...

There is a genetic spectrum that makes one more or less susceptible to various conditions but the notion that we cannot change or adapt thanks to neuroplasticity is a politically correct lie.

Coincidentally nowadays everyone has ADHD, Asperger’s syndrome, is "introverted", LGBT blablabla

I suppose differences between a ADD brain structure completely determined by genes and trauma who alter you concentration. But we cannot completely isolate these to variables and come with a "scientific" conclusion that this is this and this is that. It is both all the time.

@Alexop It's def genetic. Research after research confrime this. ADHD is of one the most, if not the lost, researched psychistric disorders. I was diagnosed long ago, and my psychiatrist told me that it is more genetic than height.

You know how many diagnoses of ADHD are determined using brain scans? Zero. They are determined behaviorally. So whether the cause is supposedly "brain" or "trauma" (which as you say aren't at all separate categories), has really no bearing on how ADHD is diagnosed or defined. If you simply meet the behavioral criteria for ADHD, that's all that matters for whether you "have" ADHD or not.
