All I needed to hear was in the days after the incident the police asked her if she was raped and wanted to press any charges and she said no.  She even texted one dude and said it was all legal.

In her interview with police she said she didn't even know the other guys had sex with her until she was told by others. I don't see any 'irrational behavior'.

It happened in 2024.  If this was a legit gang rape those guys would have already been publicly executed, with my blessing.

The official report she drafted and signed at the time she confessed to verbally consenting to both group sex and willful intoxication.  She also texted her favorite rapist after the fact and told him everything was legal.

Throw in the fact that Im very familiar with doing lots of ketamine at parties I can tell you that's the kind of drug that really lowers your inhibitions and greatly lubricates social interactions.  Thats why we have laws on the books for intoxication.  If I purposefully laydown on the train tracks to kill myself my family can't sue the rail company for me getting killed by a train, like common sense dictates.

You might not remember everything that happened but you will definitely remember being coerced into taking the drugs at least.  That wasn't her story though.  Her story was she was already half in the bag when she got onto the scene and didn't want to stop getting intoxicated and was desiring a sexual encounter with a dude she liked.

So yeah, Im really skeptical about her story and Im willing to bet there was at least one unscrupulous fellow in that group but still.  Maybe both sides need to be held accountable and not just one or the other.  It doesnt strain credulity that this woman wants some kind of pay day.  I mean, we're hot off the heels of nearly excusing a brutal triple homicide of three young children and making a saint out of the killer so why not shoot your shot when you wont even be held liable for lying about it for a payday if thats the case?
