Hey, nice to see you again. 🤩

Why am I totally free?  Because I have understood the unreality of (the) ‘I am’.

How can you be anything when the response to that question is just a belief in whatever thought arises to it

@shubhamsharma

I will answer by giving an exercise to do.

This isn't simply about 'exploring the imagination', there is much more to it than this at the phenomenological and identity level construction, so its important to take an aspect of it seriously, and for everything else, pure openness.

Imagine that you are alternate beings.

Like in gest I think Leo said he could turn into a rat or something in an instant, well that's what I want you to do.

But with your eyes closed, and I want you to imagine that its actually happened enough that you carry your entire phenomenological experience towards living that reality.

For someone new to an activity like this which to me is something that should be deemed a proper practice, it may seem and certainly initially speaking, feel unusual to begin with. And may even have been something they thought wasn't possible. But such a person may even gain a lot more than someone familiar with doing so.

By taking the practice of simply closing one's eyes and deeply exploring the phenomenological experience of another being what tends to happen is your self-understanding begins to graduate to where you can now better distinguish between that which you are not.

"I am not the part of me that goes through every thought and emotion I have."

This becomes one of the revelations as a consequence of distinguishing between experiences I create, versus what still lives after I remove the self-creation. Moreover, you're going to give much more freedom to your deeper energetic essence now because as you attune more and more to the different nuances between the two, you expand the choices you have to move our biology in the way you wish to.

You may not turn into a rat in the literal sense, granted, however you will have more phenomenological freedom over your existing biological apparatus, which means now you'll be able to free yourself from states more easily that are not you, while being able to entertain and explore states that make you happier, feel more motivated and view your actual experience with a clarity that isn't held back by a state of consciousness you've merely tricked yourself into believing you are. A simple example of this is when people make an identity out of their depression or trauma through no fault of their own simply because they've felt encaged by the state that they've spent so long not being able to see the light between the bars themselves and into their own soul that was always free waiting beneath veil.

The limits are infinite, and there's infinite ways in which to gain benefit, so phenomenological insight into the subtle contours of the self say, by simply exploring one phenomenological reality to the next. And that's whether you're moving to a rat, a horse to another human being, to even inanimate objects and heck even imaginary beings themselves. The object isn't the target, the translation is, and when you return back to your native language aka your natural sense of self, that's when you begin to appreciate your sense of self even more, along with greater comfort to simply let that which is not truly you, simply slip away.

Finally, this is the basic core of the practice itself, and I am developing it into a formalised technique with further bells and whistles along with anything else that's important that I haven't thought of in this breath. But that's the shoreline, so its easy to see and test immediately, it may just take some time learn to swim and not confuse it with aimless paddling in the ocean because your body hasn't been given enough of a chance to adapt to be able to do freestyle swimming unconsciously.

Disclaimer: Please if you struggle with dissociation, depersonalisation or related, I highly recommend you do not attempt such practices without being strongly confident and aware of your own clarity of mind. This is stated for your personal safety.

We have millions of species on our planet alone.

Until December 1st, I am going to commit myself to living the phenomenological reality of 50 new species per day as a part of my own training.

50 isn't so bad, I was going to say 100, however I want to use that time instead to come up with new ways of phenomenologically exploring different ways of doing the same action.

From across different scenarios to multiple phenomenological realities simultaneously to merging them to even the phenomenological reality of living social networks across species and contexts. For the last, we all know for example when we're in a tribal setting it tends to have its own 'aura' that's generated, whether its a workspace to friendship space to even the feeling of being in a certain country, and it always has something to teach us when we come more cognisant of this reality, and usually that's after the fact itself where we make the connection between energetic experiences and tribal realities. Tribe is just one example of many that fit within the space encompassed by "social network" as well.
