Consciousness is just the reality structured in self reflexive mode. It's absolutely obvious, and can be explained, there is no mystery, no doer, it's just a possibility that is possible.

Who is perceiving? The reality structured a a "who", a self, a center. What is perceived? The reality structured as an object.

It's so obvious that is difficult understanding why it's a "mystery".

Every time you question what is this word or what is that word, only you can answer the question. And the answer will be true for you, but not necessarily for others. If it’s not a mystery for you, it’s because you know the answers to your questions.

You cannot talk to another about your truth because they will never know what it’s like to be you.

The way you talk about these things doesn’t necessarily mean others will talk about these things in the exact way you talk about them. That’s why it’s foolish to critique other zen masters or even believe you are right about something and they are wrong.

We either resonate with other people’s ideas or we don’t.

When something is obvious people should see it.

What Zen masters? Maybe those who are wrong.

Be careful of thinking you can get it through philosophy alone.  You get attached to ideology.  But also study world philosophy.

One more I suggest is do a lot of Do Nothing Meditation.  Spend a lot of time by yourself and with others, with gaps in between.  The solo retreat is underrated!

Well again, I’m just going to have to disagree with you.

Better than disagreeing you could try understanding, but your choice
