Why not? Anybody can point out behaviours that seem problematic in their view.

If you have too much ego to take it to heart and reflect on it; that's on you.

What's problematic? That i didn't think it through before I fucked them? A degree of recklessness is needed in my estimation so that you can say you've lived.  And I surely have.  If it ended today I would  be satisfied.

"Problematic" is a code word for f a g g o t r y, similiar to all the other buzzwords describing someone's specific prejudice

I think it produces short-term results but medium term and long term you've built your life on a house of cards. I'm trying to push you towards deeper introspection so you can avoid repeating mistakes. This mindset has served me well personally.

I do enjoy your wild stories, I just want you to be able to build your dream dating life brother. That has been a decade plus long quest for me so I'm quite passionate about helping others achieve it for themselves.

Yes when it comes to women I built it on a house of cards but not the other aspects.  And I did this intentionally.  Am I left with nothing now? Yeah. But I have also avoided the nagging. So now let's get a younger one.  Built on a house of cards.

Best argument for polyamory is potentially that it just allows for more people to help raise the children.

Raising children with two people alone can be very challenging. Usually you at least need some extended family involved, or maybe some hired help.

People in throuples often report it can be beneficial.

I think that’s quite an idealised view of how that would work, the reality would not be so idyllic

Exactly. I can think of a few problems at the top of my head:

1, coherent parenting, each person is going to have a different idea of how to parent, getting everyone on the same page is going to be more difficult the more people you have which is why in bigger companies for example you need multiple roles to manage, lead & unify the team.

2, jealousy / tensions within the group, some tasks are gonna be disproportionally less enjoyable and the person who has to carry that will breed resentment if you dont have some kind of task rotation system. Beyond this jealousy & competitiveness in between the women can grow and create dram. How are you going to have time maintaining connection & spending 1 on 1 quality time with multiple women while working and raising kids, if a woman gets downprioritized theyll suffer ans feel neglected and jealous.

3. Societal/cultural friction, almost no matter where you go, the kid will face judgement from peers when he tells his friends in school he has 4 moms. Other families will avoid your family and view your influence as potentially harmful to their child. Creates an innecessary bullying target etc. You also have to deal with the extended families of the women, whats cheistmas dinner gonna be like when your 4 wives families all are gathered together, how likely is it they will look happily at your setup?

4. Money/logistical problems: if each woman works theyre gonna be away a lot most likely which defeats the purpose of the coparenting, if they dont work you have to provide for them which means you have to work more which means you have less time for the women and children which creates problems as mentioned above.

there are probably more problems but just at the top of my head

So the secret to maintaining 4 girlfriends in America is ensure at least 3 of them don't own a car.  That way you're safe from them coming over while you're fucking a different one.  I couldn't control the fourth. That was Stacy. Quite wealthy.  I had to board up the windows to keep her out while I was getting busy

Do you feel remorse about how you handled that? I mean you basically cheated on 4 women and tricked them into a relationship on false premises, that is the type of thing that can create a trauma in them that makes it hard for them to trust men again.

Naw one was a swinger, one was married, and one just wanted to be taken care of.  They didn't care about the others because I played it right.

You said this “These weren't polyamory chicks.  Just regular old chicks.  Like you said. Winged it. Didn't do it right.  So here I am juggling four girls.  Did I lie to them? I don't think they asked.  But I surely didn't offer it up. ”

what do you mean by played it right, they never knew about the others? And btw what you described is lying by omission, just because they didnt ask if you had other girlfriends doesnt mean you didnt lie..

I hope that you're a better man than backhanded insults. There is no need to get triggered. I was merely pointing to the fact that to have a chance in hell of making a polyamorous relationship work then an ethical non-monogamy framework is your best bet.
