Wtf even is the question. "What is chill?". Tranquility is a fancy word for being chill, perhaps in a sort of distinctive intoxicated way, like sedation, but perhaps without being cognitively diminished. Calm, in a sort of softly euphoric, subtly blissed kind of way, but clearminded. That is just my feeling of the word. "Tranquilizer drugs" like benzodiazepines probably come some of closest (maybe not coincidentally because of the name).

The issue lies in dissolving the capsule, the barrier, i don't know what to call it, that is created in the human psyche by virtue of being social and separated as a mind from reality.

It's as if the mind creates a barrier and locks itself inside it because it needs that security, a framework of certainties that are always active, filtering all experience. The point is to dissolve that structure and be completely open to reality without any filter.

This doesn't mean you don't know the earth is round, but rather that that and any other certainty become secondary. What is real and sustains you is the fact of existing now. You are completely open to the reality of being right now, and you clearly see that any interpretation that occurs in that reality is secondary to that reality, and therefore cannot sustain it. Then your experience becomes totally open, alive, and in it you perceive the dynamism, the vitality of the reality, you are one with it, it fills you.

I wasn’t asking for the dictionary definition of the word or its equivalent in Hindi. And it’s certainly different from chill . It has emotional and even spiritual and religious aspects to it.

More like how to achieve it ,does your soul feel safe and secure? How to heal your inner child? If you’re sad , afraid , lack love ..how to deal with these emotions? Etc

A verbal or silent mantra works nicely.  Then when the mind settles down, you can stop with the mantra and just bask in the stillness. With daily practice it will take only a few minutes of mantra repetitions to get you to complete stillness of mind.
