Need cold approach advice

I feel like I'm running into a wall because every approach I do leads to rejection. I'm decently attractive and can have a natural conversation, but for some reason it's like somebody sprayed girl repellent on me and if I do get their insta or number, they never respond. I definitely blame women having too high of standards and having too many options to chose from for this happening. I would consider myself a high quality and high value man so I don't even know if working on myself more is the problem. You might say oh, well your mentality of hating women is leaking into your approaches - I can assure you it's not and they have no idea while I'm talking to them. It would be one thing to have a small sample size of 10 rejections, but I'm easily in the 100s at this point. I'm not afraid to go up and talk to them, I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. It's crippling to your self esteem to be rejected by countless girls only to see them with another guy two days later. Are women just cooked in 2026, or is there somewhere i'm going wrong that leads to so many rejections?

You need to get them to invest in you as well for it to be a solid number.

Any advice to what it is I'm doing wrong? I've tried delaying showing interest and also showing it earlier on, and neither seem to work for me

Can you share your Instagram and ideally do you have a video of you talking to a woman like a street interview? It's hard to diagnose a problem while just taking your word for it. Do you approach with wingmen sometimes? Usually a guy that knows what they're doing can spot your mistakes pretty fast. 

The idea that comes to mind is if you dislike doing cold approach and talking to women when you talk to them you can sound robotic or boring and really skew your success odds. If you do look decent you should be able to get an instagram close from like 5-20% of the women you talk to and a date from like 25% of the instagrams you get so each date you need to talk to anywhere from 20 to 80 women.

You’d need to describe more what is going on in your interactions. Otherwise we’re just guessing.
