Direct, relative to a desire. If you're asking what hate is, asking 'what am I?' would be off-purpose.

Direct in terms of becoming directly more aware. As the OP wishes.

I really like to dive into the „gross/difficult.” That resonates with me a lot.

Same underlying dynamic. But if it helps, then great. At some point it may be seen as irrelevant whether it resonates or not.

It’s irrelevant to observe resonance because it always still applies the same, even if you’re not looking for it or think it doesn’t apply.

Nevermind. I just wanted to say in this thread that What am I? is a great direct question, which it is (at least from my experience).

We use terms differently. The way I use 'becoming more aware' refers to a process that encompasses perceptive experience. Becoming more mindful and attentive may be seen as forms of increasing awareness. Noticing one's state of mind, body, mood, thinking, emotions, feelings, etc., too. This is more aligned with a meditation session.

Great stuff!

When you're going through this phase, pursue that which inspires you most, and treasure that self-inspired energy.

Best wishes.

If you're unsure you can start with observing how you feel and your thoughts.

Things might come up, maybe something feels off or inspiring etc.

Maybe certain ideas, concepts or memories come up.

If something is particularity meaningful focus on that.

Use your intuition.

What do I want?

Very deep and very simple all at once. It'll help you deconstruct your role in the universe via your skillset and your goals and future based on how much energy you are willing to exert to reach certain outcomes.

That is a good one.  One of the best.
