Women make better leaders?

 The first claim in this video, the guy is arguing that women make better leaders while the women argue the opposite! This is truly a mind fuck.

If you aren't at the table you're on the menu!

You don't have to agree or disagree with anyone in the culture wars. Rather aim to understand their psychology and where they are coming from. That way you can lead them to greater things. 

Tuning out can do as much harm to society as engaging in the wars does. One makes errors by omission and the other makes errors by commission.

On what metric are we judging? It's arguable both ways hard to tell. I liked having women managers when I had jobs if I'm gonna be bossed around and reprimanded might as well be by someone I like the idea of instead of some dumbass dude.

Could be. Have you completely transcended male vs female duality ? Or do you find the tension of these people in the culture wars represented in yourself in any way?

I am not really certain on who makes better or worse leader. But there is definitely a biological advantage men have when they want to have a leading/commanding aura.

Culture war IS ragebait, like how cheese is made of milk. Being ragebait makes it less real if anything. Day to day reality isn't that emotionally activating. The antidote to culture war is going outside.

It's mostly engagement farming for profit and the terminally online who get way too much energy out of arguing over shit.
