I think success also depends on you ability to leverage resources in ways others can't.

I am interested in reading your insights on success as and when you post them.

A quick word on resources and skills since it's been brought up a few times in here. I will add to my model here.

Skills are the result of your intentions / vision meeting commitment. Commitment is dedication towards something meeting the physical world where you usually have to navigate unfamiliar situations, learn from all sorts of mistakes / trial and error, unknown situations, tedious activities, studying, etc.

For example: Your vision is to be a lawyer and you set intentions to move towards that, your commitment is then studying everyday, strategy how to move forward, etc.

Your vision/intentions are crucial because if you can be honest with yourself and stay connected to the wonder of life and spirit, this will shape your vision more than fears and beliefs. Then from there the action and practicality comes in with your commitment.

Leveraging resources is part of commitment, because commitment isn't just a soulless or empty routine. It is adaptability, it is staying attuned to the direction life is taking you because spirit doesn't alway communicate through airy fairy inner callings, it can be very practical as well, so of course if you're quite clearly presented with a wave, you ride it, your intentions and vision are kept broad because you realize the result is ultimately out of your control, you just flow toward it making the right choices in the present moment.

Better to celebrate failure. It is the only thing that can wake you up so that you can appreciate and enjoy that you are not the doer. Success is the lie, I am the sum of my blood sweat tears. You are not.
