Anyone take nootropics and has done for the last 6 months consistently?

Yeah, Qualia Mind is my base stack, which Ive been using for over 1 year consistently and I notice a subtle, but definite and comprehensive increase in attention, calmness, presence and predisposition towards positive emotional-states.

I also played with Noopept, Piracetam, Alpha-GPC and Nicotine.

The overall best mental-states and increase in cognitive-capacity with most upsides and zero to almost no downsides I experience on Qualia Mind + 10 gram of Creatine + 5mg of Nicotine.

But generally basic lifestyle optimization comes before nootropics: first of all good sleep, diet, exercise, meditation. 

Then make sure you dont have any dietary-definciencies in key nutrients associated with brain-chemistry: fatty-acids, b-vitamins, amino-acids. So you dont have rate-limiting factors causing you to work below baseline.

And then you can play with nootropics to go above baseline.
