50 Days of Dry Fasting: Sat Marga’s Guide to Prolonged Fasting

Highly inspiration stuff. Of course i don't recommend this to anyone here, only those highly skilled and experienced in fasting. Its just nice to show others what the human body is truly capable of. At the same time such long term practitioners are usually highly conscious and hold a high degree of master of yoga, breath, energy work or similar arts of mastery over mind/body/energy, so they can do such feats more effortlessly and utilize "source energy" better for long term energy and preservation. Most people I wouldn't recommend going beyond 5 days dry unless you feel you have a deep understanding and feel amazing to proceed.

I personally done 3, 4 and 5 days dry so far and was amazed and how much i felt regenerated and reset compared to longer water and even longer juice and other fasts. I am 7 - 9 days next, depending on how i feel maybe longer. In 3 days dry i completely reset my gut issues and inability to digest / tolerate certain foods including allergies and gluten issues.

Based on the original teachings of Buddha and Christ, they actually did 40 days dry, which makes far more sense spiritually. Water fasting is still very useful but dry fasting feels 5x more potent.

I personally like to do 'intuitive fasting' where I mostly dry fast but occasionally have a little water maybe half a cup every day or other day, this helps a lot and doesn't seem to interfere with the healing power of the dry fast as long as you do not over do it with water but only drink when absolutely needed, and only half a cup at most at a time. Some experts suggest to avoid drink any water at all, as it cancels the true benefits of a dry-fast, but I feel intuition is better than any expert, especially if you feel like you are going to die and need water. One of my most successful dry fast I drank a little water, maybe 2 cups in 4.5 days, and longer is not always better, again "intuition" is everything, AKA SOul Language.

Maybe this video will open your mind on whats truly possible and maybe those breatharin yogis living in -50 degrees weather make more sense now. I personally always knew since young we can live without food and water, just struggled to prove it to most humans. The higher the vibration, the more efficient in energy utilization / transformation over reality one becomes.

@Ramasta9 What’s your weight ? I find it extremely difficult to go for more than a waking day dry fasting (12 hours) . I feel like I’m gonna pass out if I don’t put anything into my mouth . I find fasting very cleansing and purifying for my body and mind and soul but I if I pass the 2 days mark I’m legit going to pass out . Maybe because I used to eat carbs and sugar and junk . Do you plan to quit eating and drinking And becoming a breatharian?

Hi. Not sure, it averages from 60 - 68kg depending on the lifestyle I am living and food I am eating. Yes this feeling of passing out is often related to the toxicity of the body, but also the grip of the mind / ego. Once you get through these obstacles, everything becomes smoother, easier, lighter, but its best to prepare oneself before diving into dry fasts and such powerful healing modalities.

Often we need to cleanse ourselves, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually leading up to a dry fast if we wish to be more successful and in alignment with such a fast. So we should start preparing ourselves for weeks to months beforehand and gradually living and eating cleaner, cleansing on more fruits and juices, exercising, taking herbs, and visiting the sauna, but also cleansing our spirit and soul via meditation, yoga, nature / forest bathing, and other means. Psychedelics definitely help accelerate this process but its also easy to over-do and can make the fast even more challenging with an overstimulated nervous system, and speaking of over-stimulation, you will have withdrawals from technology/screen-time too.

I would personally cut out all substances, sugar, salt, coffee, anything processed or packaged foods, screen-time, and whatever is UN-natural, especially as i prepare myself for a fast as it will make things easier, cause you don't want to be going through withdrawals when your trying to heal, it will only make the experience more challenging. You'd be surprised how many things we are addicted too that we don't consider drugs that we have withdrawals from when we stop consuming them because they are far from what was originally intended for our bodies and minds.

So when the body / mind / emotions are more harmonious and pure, fasting can be taken even deeper, because most of the blockages and obstructions have been cleared out to pave way for a higher energy come through. What you can do is do it once a week for 12 - 24 hours and then after that aim for 36 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, take it one step at a time, eventually you will be able to go deeper and deeper.

As for becoming a breatharian, we are all naturally breatharians and can live purely of Source energy, however that energy must arise naturally in one to do so and not be taken on through an egoic or mental space, otherwise death can occur. it requires a highly refined mind/body/spirit that has healed and purified itself to the highest levels humanly possibly and cleared all karma. Only then we can live entirely on light.

Its becoming more and more popular, and for me its gradually happening whether i like it or not, I see the inevitability in this lifetime.

The point in life is to Ascend reality altogether, not die physically, that is the way of mastery, but this is still very new for most people.

Namaste

Thanks. If I’m being honest ..it’s probably done more for spiritual reasons than for health-related purposes. Of course fasting does have health benefits  like burning fat and building lean muscle  and even helping the body detoxify from toxins. But fasting for weeks at a time can hardly be considered healthy anymore. Eventually  you just start to feel lethargic and it makes your body weak and sick .

I also wonder how it affects hunger over time? Do you eventually get so used to the hunger that you stop noticing it and it simply becomes your new normal?

What you’re describing is incredibly difficult for most people in modern society. I once attempted a fruit fast myself and  I felt  weak and fragile.  I think this shit is for serious people who want the top of the top in terms of quality of health or spiritual purposes . It’s really difficult to do this if you are not super passionate about it .
