If an idiot attacks a smart person, theres no harm, because a smart person will easily let it pass. The idiot learns that the words have no power, and learns to alter their behavior. Moderating this reinforces a bad behavior, they elicit a response, acknowledgement, which is all the idiot is seeking. If a smart person attacks an idiot, they probably need it, and can learn from it. If idiots attack eachother, they'll both leave eventually. Win-win-win The moderation here concentrates the idiots here, you shelter idiots and prevent them from learning, then you just eventually ban them when a moderator has an emotional episode. Truth is, this is a niche forum that attracts all kinds of perspectives, some of which are weird as hell from what I’ve observed. Posted March 16 A.I. moderation would be nice. One day there will be highly inteligent agents roaming around here, replacing all the pesky human moderators. There can be agents with a wokie bias, right wing bias, neo advainta bias etc. Stage green bots, stage blue bots.
