Awakening To God!!!!! Fana. (Ana al-Haqq)

11 posts in this topic

I had this dream. And I know saying "I had this dream" already makes it sound smaller than it was, but I don't know how else to start.

Time wasn't working the way it normally does. I kept jumping, different places, different realities, different scenarios, but none of it felt chaotic. It was more like flipping through channels except each channel was a whole life, a whole world, and somehow I was present in all of them without being lost in any of them. And the weird thing is what stayed consistent. Not me exactly, but consciousness. Like the screen that all the channels were playing on. It wasn't mine but it also wasn't separate from me. I can't really explain that part without it sounding like a contradiction.

And then I ended up in this room.

It was enormous. Square but with this dome ceiling, and the feeling of it was like being inside a massive spacecraft or some kind of chamber that was built for a very specific purpose. And at the far end of the room there was just the edge. The edge of everything. Like if the universe had a shoreline, I was standing near it.

Above me in the dome there were two people. A man and a woman. They felt like guides, astronauts is actually the best word because they had that kind of calm technical competence, like people who do extraordinary things for a living and aren't dramatic about it. They were composed. Professional in a way that felt sacred rather than clinical.

I told them what I wanted. I was surprisingly clear about it. I said I want to become conscious of reality as it actually is. That was the whole intention. Just that. To look over the edge. To see what's there.

And so they helped me. There was something in the dome, it wasn't really a thing, it didn't have a name or a clear shape, but they guided me toward it and helped me put my head into it. Or through it. Like a threshold that had no door.

And then, as I stuck my head through this threshold above me like sticking your head through a hole in the ceiling, instantly I became conscious of the nature of reality, there is only the godhead, infinite consciousness. There was absolutely nothing, it is eternal, it's what they're always is and forever will be, it felt extremely familiar as though I was remembering myself, but there is nothing there not even me, only the light of God. Time is imaginary and where I thought my head was now became the infinite godhead, it was pure Bliss it was pure love it was pure heaven. This is the dream that I had.

I explained this dream using Claude AI to help me write it out in a more clear manner without losing the essence of what happened and I wanted to share with you without making it such a ramble. And the words fana alfana came to me in the morning.

I must not be awake for everything seems a dream.

Or maybe I'm awake for the first time and everything before was just a dream.

When the secret is revealed to you, you will know that you are not other than God, but that you yourself are the object of your quest.

It is certainly possible to have profound Awakenings inside your sleep/dreams.

I've had such deep Awakening in sleep that is beyond communication or any human Buddhist nonsense.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

Do we have to smoke DMT inside a dream too? :D

Did it happen on it's own or you triggered it somehow? Or it was generated by a memory of an actual Awakening.

I've had all the above many times.

So YES to all.

There are many ways to access it.

@bazera, one time, I consumed LSD in my dream, and it started to affect me.

I haven't even tried LSD yet.

I have had awakenings from psychedelics. But this one was extremely profound. There was only eternity, pure consciousness. Imagine your head is the entire universe. Literally my head was holding the entire fucking universe!

It wasn't a cold empty nothingness, it was a full void of eternal bliss and love. It was an absolute embrace of everything. There is only this. And my life is a forgetting of what is but not separate from it

Yes, of course. Infinity.

@Nemra It would be interesting if you tried LSD now and compare to dream experience.

I regularly meet androgynous angles in my lucid dreams and they have such a beauty and aura that nothing compares to it in the physical.

What you're talking about is a moment of opening to the total. The total is nothing defined, it's not form, but it encompasses everything.

The point is, first, to understand what this experience entails, and second, to be able to access it in your ordinary life, so that, third, you can see the total in all forms. This is what they call enlightenment.

First, when you say that you realized that reality is infinite consciousness, this is a mistake. The words "consciousness" and "infinite" are superfluous. What happened is that all form dissolved, and the conscious being that you are became aware of what it is, of its essence or substance.

What you are is unlimited being. Being is not the same as consciousness, and unlimited is not the same as infinite. Numbers are infinite; they continue infinitely and never end. Unlimited is without dimension. It is neither large nor small; large, small, and infinite, are facets that can occur within it. It is not consciousness itself, but rather consciousness can occur within it when it splits in two, as is the case with your perceiving. You are an expression of being made form that perceives being made form, and that can dissolve all form until you are being reflected in being.

Absolute or unlimited being has a positive, or rather, affirmative quality: it is. What is has no opposite, and it has no limits. It is equivalent to the absence of limits inherent in reality, which, being unlimited, simply is. Being expresses itself in unlimited forms, unlimited dimensions, and coherent possibilities that link together and, to put it poetically, dance with each other in the dance of relationships, since every form is relative to another, is in contrast to another form.

It is possible to access the totality, as in your dream, in your daily life. The totality erases the psychological, since your psyche shifts from operating within a closed, self-reflective framework to doing so within an open one. Your inner landscape transforms from opposing forms to a living, bottomless depth. Living because it is.

Then you recognize yourself as what is, and form becomes secondary, an expression of your nature. You see that death is the end of form, and the continuity of the self is irrelevant since the self is irrelevant. Being is, and form is its expression now. The ego dissolves, and total vastness manifests and remains as the perceived substance of what you are.
