I'd avoid confusing consciousness with a breakdown; the latter is a function of the mind, not of the truth. So drop that insanity nonsense, too.

You might find Ramana Maharshi's teachings useful, even if just for intellectual stimulation and inspiration. Besides, the guy was sane as fuck.

Yeah grammar isnt the right term there should I choose to alter the wording. Though I have no better terminology to apply on that case.

You see, to me, it appears to be a grammatical (the best word i know to describe this) error. I'll try and explain:

I claim that "or" is the proper use, but there does require a question mark after the word improved, and some adjustments to the introduction to the two separate questions which I use "or" to split.

The "or" is not made to differentiate two mutually exclusive occurences but rather to increase differentiation between the two questions themselves. Maybe it would have better been written in a less restricted format.

Something like this:

Perhaps this better expresses the meaning with which I intended to convey using the clumsy tool of english lettering and words. 

Also consider, that this clumsy tool of language, much like a primitive club, is being utilized in an even clumsier way, by what at the time was & still would be considered, a sleep deprived and overworked mind.

I argue that sanity is nothing more than a particularly narrow instance of Consciousnesses Absolute Insanity. 

Consciousness is the foundation of Reality. The human mind, and its attempts to maintain order, is an arisal of Consciousness. Consciousness is Dreaming this World into Being. Insanity is not a Function of the human mind but much rather like an Absolute function of Universal Mind.

Hence why they call Insanity "losing ones mind". As it is not a function of such. It is what remains after it is gone.

Consciousness is inherently Mysterious. Perhaps, some would consider, Immutably Insane. I would claim Consciousness itself is Inherently extremely Irrational and Insane, even if presented with the guise of rationality and sanity. 

This is by Design. I know someone who likes to say "a feature not a bug."
