What drugs/nootropics is Trump taking?

The guy is 79 years old and still able to give 1.5h speeches and stay sharp (see below video). Is it just good genetics? I find it a bit hard to believe. With all the money and access to the best doctors and researchers, he must be on some crazy nootropic stack. I would imagine it includes things like modafinil, bromantane, NAD+ injections, etc.

I wouldn’t call him sharp. 

He’s a skilled presenter, he’s basically been doing it since The Apprentice, it’s a carnival trick.
