Keep seeing tiny moving black or white spots when I close my eyes.

When I close my eyes and look i will see tiny dark circles or tiny white dots moving around. Darker than the dark when you close your eyes. Or white dots of light. One time I sat there in the dark and saw it with my eyes open. Anyone else see this stuff or have experience with it?

Yes, I've seen those often. Even stranger is sometimes I'd experience something like a a flashlight is being shined around the edges of the field.

Do you ever see "floaters" in your visual field with your eyes opened? They're these little clear bubbles that float around and every time you try to focus on them, they move, so you can never focus on them at the center. I've wondered if this is the cause of the floaters when the eyes are closed.

@Joshe Yes I see them especially now in winter time. I was watching a tarot video and the woman said the black holes are thought forms.

Its not permanent tho, like I will see them pop up and I will notice and look at it and then it will pop out. Then a light orb will pop on I will see it and then it will pop out. They will last like 5 to 10 seconds. A floater is there all the time.

I have this and been calling them “tracers.”

Sit in a completely dark room and close your eyes and press on your eyelids..you will start seeing some geometric colourful psychedelic patterns.

@Someone here i already see them normally. There is an entire electro field you can see filled with nonstop movement.

No, but I often experience this ever since i was a child, i see a vibrating black ring with a reddish background, its very vivid, like beyond 8K OLED HD.

What i have noticed is from years of observation is that its usually far more stable (less vibrating) and noticeable when I am on mushrooms or deeply rested in nature and haven't been on the tech for a while, or in a fasted stay and very calm and rested. I think it has something to do with nervous system stimulation/over-stimulation based on these observations.

On mushrooms it does seem larger and more vivid, but a tad bit warped, sometimes oval.

Maybe I am seeing the inner-eye or pineal gland, who knows.

Maybe its a inner-stargate

I still see floaters somewhat with eyes closed, but definitely more noticable with eyes open, especially a clear blue sky. I even did laser eye surgery years ago and although it helped me see almost 20/20 vision again, did nothing for the floaters. I only seen them reduce with prolonged fasting and juice cleansing. Apparently its damaged cells that have become stagnant.
