Contradiction

NN DMT showed me that I create the world to every last detail. 5 meo shows me that only the Absolute is real. Which do I believe.

Now that I'm back in samsara it's irrelevant because all I can think of is my ego, I know I could do more right now but I can't do it just to escape illusion. It only works when you're truth motivated and right now I know I'm not .
