I have a 10 day Vipassana course coming up. Will try Kasina afterwards. Vipassana is great but it’s too dry sometimes.

Nice. I was rejected from a Vipassana course because I was stupid enough to admit that I take antipsychotics. So I have to go solo.

But I don't mind that much because fire kasina is a better technique.

God-Realize, this is First Business. Know that unless I live properly, this is not possible.

There is this body, I should know the requirements of my body. This is first duty.  We have obligations towards others, loved ones, family, society, etc. Without material wealth we cannot do these things, for that a professional duty.

There is Mind; mind is tricky. Its higher nature should be nurtured, then Mind becomes Wise, Virtuous and AWAKE. When all Duties are continuously fulfilled, then life becomes steady. In this steady life GOD is available; via 5-MeO-DMT, because The Sun shines through All: Living in Self-Love, Realizing I am Infinity & I am God

I guess it has been 8 hours.

I did not keep track, but besides eating I've  been meditating from 9:00 - 20:00.

Today was pretty hard.

I also had some beer and did some witchcraft (at the end of the day).

I plan to continue for 4 hours a day once the retreat is over.

Combined with psychedelics and weed (which is a psychedelic for me) I should be turning people to frogs within a year. :D

@Michal__ What are the hindrances and difficulties you are facing?

How would be your advise for future retreats so far?

What have been the best moments so far?

There is this body, I should know the requirements of my body. This is first duty.  We have obligations towards others, loved ones, family, society, etc. Without material wealth we cannot do these things, for that a professional duty.

This retreat is like a pizza with everything on it. 

When the secret is revealed to you, you will know that you are not other than God, but that you yourself are the object of your quest.

Visions, a voice and jhanas ..

Multiple people doing the retreat would be better.

I just wanna check my phone all the time because sitting is hard.

8 hours done, my vision went white 2 times (when I added some holotrophic breath work instead of a mantra).

For the last hour I also listened to the Bible because it gives a strong transmission haha.
