What kind of things do people usually go the "easy way" rather than the "hard way"?

Work, unless someone luvs their job/career, they will mostly like do the min or easiest way of getting thru the day.. At my job, my job is to make it as easy on Me as I can lol, but the bosses want more out of us all the time and seem to make it harder and harder on a mthly basis. My job hardness has risen over the years I have been employed by them, never has it gotten easier, unless I make it that way..
