Drowning in Knowledge / Starving in Wisdom - The Online Enlightenment Paradox

8 posts in this topic

Greetings All 🖖

I wanted to share this post in relation to the reoccurring patterns that I see on this forum and others alike, especially around topics like enlightenment, truth, spirituality ect... What inspired me to remake this post is the constant topics and sharings of newly acquired knowledge that often are not truly embodied in the people sharing them. This is a type of 'mental awakening' that convinces the ego that its "figured it out" and must share it ASAP, when in reality its merely the ego clashing with the greater truth its tapping into, struggling to integrate it, and instead of sitting with it and harnessing its fullness, it feels an uncontrollable urge or need to share it, and redirects it outward, which is a subtle form of escapism, and only a partial step towards embodying the greater truth.

This becomes quite clear based on the interactions and back and forth exchanges we have on these forums. Someone claims they figured it out, then goes to argue with the rest of the people who challenge them, imposing that their true or way is the "only way", and this in itself is the distortion at play. Because if you were truly anchored in truth, nothing would shake you or trigger you to defend it so intensely, or have such a strong need or urge to convince or prove to others you found the truth, because the truth doesn't require us to keep it alive, only illusion does.

An example of someone who is grounded and embodied in their truth often will make posts that are profound and move people, rather than multiple posts that only ignite more chaos and confusion in the comments and replies, which in itself reveals the lack of groundedness and stability in ones own truth, actions and words, and overall a misalignment in and of oneself.

As someone who has been on the spiritual path for a long time, I have spend many years observing things that others seem to miss, and that when we share things excessively, particularly our progress or realizations, glimpses or visions we have, especially on an online platform and wider-audience, we often run into challenges and tend to bite off more than we can chew. We are often over-sharing progress, and yet sharing it almost neutralizes the progress from achieving any tangible results. I've observed this in my life many times, that when i realize something, if i share it too soon, a challenge comes up to see if I can hold it down.

The reason I make this is because I see many who are preaching and boasting an ~enlightened energy~ like they have it (all figured out), then shortly after someone says something that bursts their bubble and challenges their realizations or ideas and it becomes a huge argument and back and forth that goes for days or weeks on end, its really not a good look to the outer community and those who are just waking up and seeking guidance on these platforms.

Imagine someone who is just staring out and needs some guidance, comes onto this forum and sees the mess people are getting into, they may reject the spiritual path or path of truth and enlightenment altogether.  What we send out comes back to us to see if we are truly what we say we are. The ripple effect ~

Many of the words being used by some members on this forum are greatly lacking in substance and depth and often contradictory, and although there is truth some of it, they don't land too well because they come from 'mental space' and not a 'integrated space', its not in the bodies and bones yet, it has yet to settle in the soul... and haven't actually lived in full-time so the knowledge acquired becomes the wisdom that glows upon their aura that then radiates through their eyes and expression, because if you want your words to truly help people and truly land into the hearts of many, it is better savour the experiences you are having for yourself for the most part, resist over-sharing, follow your intuition, not your mind.  e.g: What is this need or urge to share this realization? learn to feel...

We want to feel your words not just hear them, that's what reveals growth and change, that's what makes an impact on people's lives, when what you say and how you live (words & actions) are in alignment and harmony, and the truth has fully landed in you, not what you recently picked up mentally.

Instead you could gather that energy to create and share something extraordinary, maybe even write a book one day.

See many of us tend to do this early in our awakening process and can prevent one from developing enough focus and energy to actually create something for oneself for long-term support, and many tend to fall into this trap and don't end up doing much in terms of real growth and expansion and being of greater service to the world then wasting countless hours sharing words online that don't really get anywhere significant or can provide any form of foundational support for the energy expressed. It is wiser to focus on more creative ways to express the truth you feel, rather than always attempting to explain or discuss it online, actually learn to sit with it until it integrates in your cells, and turn it into art and music for example, that's true alchemy and integration of truth.

You could write something that changes someones life one day.

This is why silence, solitude and inner-stillness is often an advised practice on the spiritual path, it allows the time and space to solidify your realizations into being, to build up your focus into what you truly want to create in this world and your life. When I see people who have been recently given the *spark*, I feel a need out of love to support them while the energy is still fresh, otherwise it may turn sour if not properly guided. Not that I need to be the guru or teacher, its just like a seeing your own child, or brother, or sister who could use a helping hand... seeing the Oneness, been there done that, experience > wisdom.

This is what the master or guru and friend is there for, not to appear better or more advanced, just someone who can nudge you back to balance and guide you while you are being reborn and seeing the world anew. Who has already made many mistakes in life, who is touching up the last few stepping stones, while you have merely jumped into a new territory altogether. Who has already planted and created an entire garden, while you are still learning to properly plant a seed, and who has done a lot of the hardest work for others and paved the way... Not everyone can endure or will take such a path.

In the end, all of these words really mean nothing when actions speak a louder truth. That's what I am attempting to point out and what ends up draining the seekers more than they realize. I am simply passing on similar wisdom Buddha, Jesus and many great prophets passed onto their disciplines. Refrain from sharing your progress and realizations to soon or excessively, beware of seeds of doubt planted upon others, rather show them your results instead when you have already mastered your craft, keep close to God/Self with your realizations, and God/Source shall refine them in an unique way that sets the foundation for your life.

The deeper the roots of a tree develop, the farther its shoots can reach, the greater the strength and stability in its being, and the greater the fruits of wisdom it can produce. Then no matter how many storms come, it remains unshaken.  Humanity today needs depth, wisdom, grounding, embodiment and first-hand life experience, not something we picked up thru a book, online or glimpsed via substances without actually putting it into a grounded practice, that then births that energy as the very being you are. Because I could say something that's ripe in me and change your life, but if its not ripe, the same words will have little to no effect.

And this is also what exchanging online lacks greatly in, because there is no direct human contact, we don't hear or feel the tone and energy of one another, the body language, the micro-expressions, the energy fields, so communication online is mostly mental, but that is another completely different topic beyond the scope of this transmission, I will need to make one day soon.

That's all for now, hope this makes sense 🙏

No ones tryna be a master or guru except you and other AI fan boys. Most people who come on here claiming to be guru or master are morons and constantly Virtue signal. The only reason you come off so nice is cause you filter your thoughts through AI. The AI is programmed to sound smart caring and not mean. If I ran my posts through an AI filter I would sound just as calm and gentle like a chill guru master.

I have nothing to prove here, I am simply being myself and expressing what I feel needs to be said, because no one else is sharing this perspective.

Its no surprise that such a reply was made, this is exactly the type of immature exchanges and reactionary responses I am talking about in this post. Full of projections.

@Ramasta9 The real projection is you getting offended. My words mean nothing.

Mere deflection and a reversal of emotional responsibility.

@Ramasta9You dont understand what inner stillness means it dosent mean be quite all the time, it means engage with life and not be moved by it. I moved you with words ,you get offended. Thats not stillness so why are you telling us about inner stillness? This forum is teaching people about inner stillness by doing this.

There was a woman on here who recently wrote how the forum is bringing her inner stillness via arguing with intellectuals.

This forum is a type of yoga.

Its like a zen monastery where your ego gets intellectually hit by a stick every second until you stop caring.

This is classic projection: You are trying to project what I "moved in you" onto me.

You're creating the emotional disturbance (the provocative words, the judgment, the insult), but attempting to shift the responsibility onto me, implying I failed to embody stillness.

In reality, I am not offended at all, and you are only solidifying and proving my point of why i made this topic to begin with. Such behavior only validates the topic of the post: The forum being full of reactive, projection-laden, ego-driven exchanges.

Thanks for being the perfect example.
