Dry Fasting Breaks the Ego

How do you make sure you don't die by accident?
How do you prepare for a fast like that?
How do you come out of a fast like that?
Did you do water fasts before experimenting with dry fasting, whats' your fasting experience in total? How many times have you done it and how often do you do it?
How much weight did you lose after 14 days?
Did you lose any muscle?
You probably don't know about that but is there an increased risk of developing kidney stones with dry fasts?

I'm sure that I won't die from an accident because the body communicates with me about whether I am ready for a long dry fast or not. To avoid dying while dry fasting, one needs to be filled with energy, not at normal levels but higher than the majority, and this can take months or years. For me, it took a year to be able to endure longer than a week of dry fasting. Before that, I had only done 3-5 days of dry fasting, and my body said stop. But if you truly trust your body and don't let fear dictate your fast, you will be able to endure more. I started with water fasting for a few days, then followed a fruit diet for two months and practiced no fap to increase my vitality to endure tough challenges like long dry fasts. I would recommend starting to eat food at 12:00 PM (noon) and stopping at 7:00 PM for at least two months so that the body can adapt to not being dependent on food or water. This translates to 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM in the USA. I lost almost 15 kg. I lost muscle but felt a strength inside me that can never be taken away. Regarding the kidneys, there is a significant risk, but only if you are not ready for a long dry fast; otherwise, you don't need to worry. The body is so intelligent that it is incomprehensible, and it is your own doctor. The body knows what it is doing; it makes no mistakes. It wants to heal you, but you must be stable and ready for it and not force it just because you lack patience.

wtf, why are you so harsh to him? Nothing is wrong with his format.

OP admitted to using AI.

The rest of the internet is being consumed by AI (look at Reddit now). I for one really want to speak to humans unfiltered. If stuff is heavily filtered through AI users end up focusing on that instead of the message.

Although, if you think long term, I guess muscle loss doesnt matter. You can just grow them back. But you would supposedly have a "new" body

I highly recommend reading the book: 20 Questions & Answers About Dry Fasting: A Complete Guide To Dry Fasting by Dr Sergey Filonov, who is the leading dry fasting expert in Russia and hosted hundreds of retreats.

If you want a shorter read and basic guide, the book: The Phoenix Protocol / Dry Fasting for Rapid Healing and Radical Life Extension: Functional Immortality is a good introduction.

Dry fasting is not something anyone just jumps into, it takes months to years of self preparation to do it properly and effectively. It will come naturally as consciousness deepens and the mastery of fasting becomes familiarized, but again if you are new to this i highly suggest read those books first and maybe watch some videos of experienced dry fasters.

14 days is far too long and can be dangerous for most people. You first should start with 1 - 3 days, integrate, eat clean, read, practice, meditate, discipline your mind and body, then after 3 - 6 months you can try 3 - 5 days, repeat the process, then go for 7 - 9 ect...

Some people can do longer right off the bat but those people are usually very advanced souls and already hold intuitive self-mastery.

Most people need books and guides or professionals like Dr Filonov who does dry fasting retreats all over the world.

If I have the money, i would do it do, the support system helps tremendously, especially for longer fasts.

Most people fail at fasting or detoxing solely because they don't have a team or support system to guide them through.

Here to help <3

but I would think about the reason WHY you responded to me.

Something I said triggered your ego, so there is growth work there for you.

WHY did I respond to you?

Because what you said is coming from ego and not medical reasons, as I said this is not for the weak this is just a suggestion to fast we dont force anyone to do it and obviousely if it gets hard no one will care about that thread or advice and will break the fast obviously, but your ego couldnt stay still it must protect itself and live, thats your homework for today. Why is fasting such an annoying thing to your ego?

Needing ai to help you write is egoic.

It's more about low IQ than ego, but it's certainly ego-driven.

@Ramasta9 You are speaking for op by calling us ignorant and confused for calling it out. In the future if you need to reply with AI just don't reply to me. I'm not tryna talk to a robot.

He is projecting his own ignorance and confusion. Imagine using AI to help him write and then claiming that people are confused and ignorant. How ironic can it get? 😂

It is not ego, which is plain to see.

It is because dry fasting for 15 days is Ill advised. Basic safety.
