To clarify my point,

If you hold God as an idea in your mind, then it simply exist as an idea and nothing more, but experience matters when all ideas about what the present moment or NOW Is drops, then the truth revel itself to you, God instead of being a belief in your mind, becomes your experience, any given moment.

That's many people confuse about, no thoughts or experiences, (which are accumulation of thoughts and feelings) can pass trough present moment.

Present Moment is simply, completely Being. Out of any charts.

My friend, this is not a competition, or doing, achieving or acting. These are all accumulation of ego.

Enlightenment is completely opposite, non doing, effortless, how you were before your physical birth, being like that while body operating. Moreover, it is not not to talk about spirituality while pressuring the body, it is letting go the body and do what is supposed to do. İt is not forcing to sit the body for hours, if it needs to walk, let it be. Let the body moves perfectly with itself and communicate with the mind.

Enlightenment is letting go the body and mind. And see what is left? 😂 😂
