Doing self-development under high pressure

8 posts in this topic

@Leo Gura, in one of your videos I remember you said that you worked on your business for 10 or 12 hours.

How did you contemplate when you worked such long hours?

And what would you advise to someone who works for 10, 12 hours while amount of his waking hours around 14?

Answers from others would be appreciated too!

With a high about of work you should also listen to what your body needs. You probably want to meditate but you may not realise that at first.

Just try something like 10 minutes of  meditation while listening to some guided meditation that isn’t focusing on the breath or an object like just be. Try really surrender into just relaxing into it this will probably be what your body wants. You don’t wanna do a meditation where you really have to focus.

If you can in the morning, try to do five minutes of inner smile and microcosmic orbit they’re quite short and not so physically the demanding. But yet very effective even just five minutes.

If you’re gonna do the inner smile do it in this order heart, spleen, lungs, liver then kidneys. For some reason the guided meditations on YouTube don’t do it correct I don’t know why.

Anyone who says they’re enlightened on this form in anyway is not, except me I am.

I don't have an answer to this.

When I ran my online biz last year my health dove and my energy was too impure to even think about meditating/contemplating.

Had I not worked on my biz 4-10 hours per day it would have went under much faster than it did.

Balancing all of these different pieces of the self-actualization puzzle takes much more time and requisite variety than it would appear before you try it.

Being human.

Survival is a delicate equilibrium between wellness and illness. Anyone who believes it’s a binary is mistaken. Accepting illness in wise manner is healthy.
