What is death?

9 posts in this topic

It seems like this is something hard to miss based on everyones experiences. I would say I have had deep meditative states induced through breath work, psychedelics, or even standard meditation.

I've had experiences, plenty of solipsism.

Becoming the universe.

Becoming God. The cosmic joke. That's the way it hit me anyway.

The joke is that you are that which you seek. The answer was right in front of you but you missed it for however many decades 2 1/2 that you've been alive. Circling around it like a blind fool.

But I still don't know exactly what death is.

No shit. You are only going to know when you die ..if it even going to happen in the first place.  Don't take death for granted.

From my experience its like someone ties up your body and tapes your eyes open and you are stuck staring at a void drifting in and out of awareness. When I experience the void its like you are staring at nothing then you kind of go to sleep but you are still staring at nothing. Then you wake up still staring at nothing and you freak out then you go to sleep but are still staring at the void. This happens over and over until you stop freaking out about being in a void and sleep and awake in the void become the same state and you are just staring at a void for infinite time. Infinite time means you lose track of how long you are there and it becomes however long it is.

When I experience it it felt like this was happening for 3 months straight. I forgot I ever existed and didn't know anything.

Basically one day you are going to wake up and want to do things and see people but you won't be able to and it can happen at any moment. You will pout and cry and freak out until you stop then you can come back. But can't have any expectations of existing anymore .

Sometimes it's the journey itself that teaches/ A lot about the destination not aware of/No matter how far/
How you go/How long it may last/Venture life, burn your dread

When someone dies their spirit remain. Nobody alive has experienced death, is something impossible.

Now, getting in touch with your own higher self wich is the subconscius and direct link to your own spirit is another thing, after awakening you get to experience what is beyond the matrix or lower self.

I think it’s productive to think about death if it motivates you to try to maximize the happiness in your life and minimize the  suffering (sometimes this drive can backfire tho so there’s nuance). Basically using it to set your priorities straight. It could ground you in some way, like appreciate the present alive moment and your body. But if you just get neurotic about it then it’s a waste.

Since Life is happening, and we live in a dualistic world and realm, Death has to happen, everything Physical is cyclical, we are just pop ups, here today, gone tomorrow or in a second when compared to the cosmic time scale, we don't matter at all, but we do in a way, we allow Potential to be Expressed Experientially, if no experience is possible then what potential is arisen???

So Death is just a consequence of Life, be aware of it, but don't dwell on it too much, you will miss the Living Possibility of this Moment by doing that...

Infinity

Leo answered your question.

Everyone is you with a different view. Infinity is you.
