God-Realize, this is First Business. Know that unless I live properly, this is not possible.

There is this body, I should know the requirements of my body. This is first duty.  We have obligations towards others, loved ones, family, society, etc. Without material wealth we cannot do these things, for that a professional duty.

There is Mind; mind is tricky. Its higher nature should be nurtured, then Mind becomes Wise, Virtuous and AWAKE. When all Duties are continuously fulfilled, then life becomes steady. In this steady life GOD is available; via 5-MeO-DMT, because The Sun shines through All: Living in Self-Love, Realizing I am Infinity & I am God

Biggest thing is to truly recognize that other people are actually human as well. Recognizing this takes serious contemplative work for many people, as it doesn't come natural to introverts. If you could imagine a 10 minute life summary video of every single person you've ever known, seeing them in all their human moments, sitting at a desk struggling in grade school, sitting on the toilet, struggling with self-doubt and feeling like a faker, crying over breakups and life challenges, this in itself is sufficient to obliterate the majority of social anxiety for most. Do this practice daily and social anxiety will disappear. Do it just like you'd do a loving-kindness practice, where you actually connect with it.

Social anxiety disappears if you're focused on a task, or more generally a mission.

@Joshe Agree :)

I just know that no one actually knows what they are doing.

And most are so self conscious and worried / attempting to control how they are perceived. Busy spending A LOT of energy crafting avatars. The energy devoted to controlling how they are perceived is a monumental waste of mind & body.

Knowing this frees me to express myself and do whatever I like really. Even when it flies in the face of what is 'customary' to society.

I bank on no one really paying attention :P

@Davino Thanks for the share !

Deal with the issue now, on your terms, in your control. Or the issue will deal with you, in ways you won't appreciate, and cannot control.

I find overcoming shyness once and for all requires dissolution of that aspect of your identity that is the shy/awkward self image.
