Cheese is very good for the gut, I even saw a study about successfully completely curing people gut or stomach idk anymore’s inflammation with a small portion of Roquefort everyday; I love Roquefort !

On the other hand, chili peppers can satisfy the thirst for a powerful taste but are horrible for the gut.

So what + don’t say things you couldn’t say irl.

I have no consideration for nutrition science given that the importance of biais; I just eat what I like.

Idk if it’s linked but indeed I don’t like that much red meat, just like eggs; I love pork, chicken and cheese as I say beyond; but not milk, not too much.

I don’t like beans, it feels like very non human food and cause gut pains, gas, and brain fog; but I love salade, shrooms, green vegetables in soup and butter, aspergus…

Since I work like that I don’t have any physical problem anymore and I cab enjoy myself more yum.

It even cured my insomnia even if it’s less the food that getting of my neurotic mentality.

My experience with the carnivore diet is a positive one, but i never made it past one week lol

The hardest thing for me is to actually do it.

It's pretty boring and repetitive, especially if you don't have much money to spend on the best meats.

Benefits i noticed: stable energy, clearer head, better mood, fewer allergies, fat loss and improvements in old joint pains (best benefit for me, i practice jiu-jitsu and it wrecks my body, the carnivore diet is the best thing for it).

Raw primal is better. Trust. I was on carnivore but I couldn't sustain it because of electrolyte issues and too low carb of a diet. Eating meat raw is more hydrating and when you get fresh meat you get carbs in the form of glycogen. Plus more nutrients.

Try a mono-food lifestyle, try eat only one food at a time, one meal = one type of food, apples, or potatoes, or whatever... the body heals when diet is simple. or Maybe you need to do fasting, sometimes switching diet is not the way because there is (stored up toxins) that linger around for years, until you fast and detox and get them out, then disorders, allergies, diseases naturally fade. I've seen it over and over again people that couldn't consume something due to conditions or allergies after a solid detox and fasting / healing program, the body can tolerate things again.

Sometimes our bodies contain chemicals and toxic substances for years until we do a full clean/flush and those toxins do not allow proper function.

I am but a reflection... a mirror... of you... of me... in a cosmic dance of separative... unity...
