Unshaken Being: Beyond Thoughts, Experience, Realization and Attachments

8 posts in this topic

God, or the Being, is still and ever present, untouched by thought, experience , realization or attachment.

The mind alone appears to move, clinging to thoughts, feelings, realizations and experiences.

This clinging creates the sense of “I” or ego.

The mind is the only veil hiding the Being.

Turning attention inward to the source of the "I" - thought shows that all experiences, attachments, realizations and movements of mind arise and vanish in the Being, which remains unmoved, ever present and absolute.

The key practice is turning attention inward to the source of the "I", rather than analyzing the mind externally.

The sense of “I” or ego exists only as long as attention is identified with the mind.

The mind is the only veil hiding the Being. When the veil is known and the veil / mind becomes powerless.

There was never a separation. You are always unmoved, ever present and absolute.

Then there is the movement, that is bad, and the stillness that is good. That stillness is the being. Ever present . Observing those bad thoughts. 🤔 Maybe this still center observer is precisely the ego, and the thoughts are the reality?

This shit is getting worse, lol.

What you know leaves what you don't know and what you don't know is all there is.

Look at the hand

See you are inside of the hand.

See you are inside of the hand looking at the outside of the hand, from the inside, not the outside.

You are nowhere outside of the hand you are looking at.

If I ask, are you outside your body you would say no.

So looking around you see you are inside your body looking at the outside of your body from inside your body. Pretending to be outside of it.

Its like looking out a window and pretending you are playing with the kids next door, but you are grounded in your room.

Death is grounded from life.

But if you can see you see its already happening, right now.

Close your eyes and look at what is in your body its what you think death is going to feel like.

We are death inside a living body.

Death is the life of the universe, its what gives it qualia.

Sometimes it's the journey itself that teaches/ A lot about the destination not aware of/No matter how far/
How you go/How long it may last/Venture life, burn your dread

Definitely. Consciousness is there, within deep sleep, before physical birth and death.

Definitely true.

Death, or “non life” cannot be because there’s Life without doubt or error.

If death was true then nothing would be alive.

Consciousness, life, alive, these are just different words that mean the same identical meaning.
