What's the difference between a healthy and an unhealthy person? A big factor is vibrancy, energy. Fiber and the other phytochemicals that usually come with it have many health effects (we have gone through some of them here; anti-inflammatory, pro-microbiome), so that's how it's causitive of energy. Is it the same as eating readily digestible carbohydrates? No, but many unhealthy people do that.

If you want to be very detailed-oriented, do some ChatGPT for that possibility space.

He makes a good point about fiber mainly being about compensation.

It's not clear to me how much additive benefit fiber gives you if your diet is already clean enough. It might be marginal.

That's true, we're not sure how much. That would require very specific studies.

Veganism is malnutrition. You're missing 15 nutrients that aren't found in plants. You're not saving any lives being vegan. Animals are killed in fields due to pesticides anyway. Even if you grow your own food, you are still malnourished and killing your body which is an animal body. Fiber alone disrupts gut microbiome and makes you bloated.

I actually did an experiment, after 10 years vegan I did a blood test. The results came back all within normal / healthy levels. No supplements, besides the occasional experiment which did nothing for me.

After a week I started to eat animal products (dairy, eggs and fish). I was going through a rough time in my life so i felt very depressed and (in the dark) so i ended up returning to animal products because i felt i needed a denser vibration food.

Initially i felt ok but off for the first few days until my body adjusted, and because i was already feeling very down and depressed, it somewhat didn't create as much of a "shock" to my system as it did in the past, but i did start off very slowly and re-introduce my body, 1 boiled egg, 2 the next day, 2 and a glass of milk 3rd day, a little fish fourth day ect... and all the eggs, dairy and fish were organic, pasture raised and wild-caught.

After a month or so, i noticed my perception of the world had changed significantly, my emotions felt even darker, i was more aggressive and narrow-minded, i couldn't see as much through a multidimensional-lens as and saw everything that happened to me or around me through a very dark and dull lens, almost as if the whole world is evil and against me, i had accumulated a lot of fear and pain and suffering. I started to notice i smell very bad again and a lot of acid in my body and after the second month i had to return to a vegan diet, but before i did i thought hey this is the perfect time to do a blood test to see if anything had changed. My results came back worse... lower in many vitamins and minerals, including, iron, protein, creatine and many things they say we need to supplement on a vegan diet were actually more depleted on animal products for me than when I was vegan.

The only thing i did notice was more physical urges, sexual and drive to exercise and strength, but as for mental clarity, emotional receptivity and spiritual processing, those became dull as dough...

After a week or two back on plants, all the colors of life turned back on and i could see and feel again, anger faded, tears came, i rose like a sunflower, like an entered a whole new dimension altogether, and vibrationally made sense.

This was proof enough for me, both by direct experience and scientifically. Not saying I wouldn't consume an egg or fish if i needed it to survive, but i've done more than enough experiments to see that if you wish to live a high quality life, dealt with all your darker stuff, you need to let all that shit go.

Eventually...
