Paradigm Shift - Autotelic Living

Recently, I was doing a contemplation exercise where I was trying to THINK beyond the social domain (humans, social conditioning, external reality).

I became aware that to live an autotelic life, you will need to reprogram your entire mind from scratch. Your mind will need to work as an outsider, alien or mind engineer. Every action that will be taken, every thought, emotion or movement coming from your "Avatar" will have a unique, original and autotelic intention.

Imagine that: your internal world will be extremely alien to 99.9% of humans. You operate on a different scale, paradigm or foundation.

Imagine that your life purpose is extremely alien: you do not operate as 99.9% of humans on earth. Your motivation is something that no human that has ever lived on earth thought was possible.

Do you know anyone living as that? How rare is to transcend the whole social domain?

 Yes ..all of us .The truth is that every single person in the world thinks of himself or herself as the most badass hotshot ever . Not just paranoid and narcissistic people but everyone . We all believe we are the main character in this movie called life . My sister's husband has been diagnosed with lungs cancer just few weeks ago yet he literally told me I'm not going to die ever. I'm not joking ..he doesn't care .

I think you do not understood what I said.

I'm talking about Mind's Autonomy. It is really easy to conflate autonomy with narcissism.

Correct me if I'm wrong ..you're saying you become one of a kind person. Like Neo exiting the matrix and you have a totally different worldview ..motivations..goals..etc than the majority of people in society? 

If that's what you mean then what I said is accurate. All of us already  believe we are doing this .

This is a meta-perspective. You are trying to design engineer your mind from scratch. Humans are just defending something that they do not understand. They do not even know that it is possible to transform and engineer their own minds.

Might be off topic, but I have also seen you use the term 'reality engineering'. What specifically do you mean by that ? Or dream engineering

It is not off topic, I'm glad you bring it on. 

Reality engineering is a term that was coined by Max Hodak (Neuralink Founder).

For myself, it is a philosophy of mind, a way of living, a new kind of science to reprogram your own mind to become a sage, mystic, inventor, painter, futurist, philosopher, pioneer. 

Deep Understanding Consciousness/Mind -> Radical Introspection -> Reprogramming Your Own Mind/Body -> Become a Revolutionary Genius -> Invent startups, products, services, books, paintings, philosophies, sciences, human domains.

Cool, thanks. A technique that has helped me a lot is imagining having had a past/childhood that was filled with infinite love. The more i play with changing the past, the more i experience identity shifts in the present.

Looking inside. Vipassana. Observation. And INTERACTION with others. Last one is key for me. Interact, interact, interact.

Cool, I'm curious, how does interaction with others help you to reprogram your mind ? (You mean by learning from other people's minds)
