Todd is leaving out why they fired him in the first place. Nick said that Todd was embezzling from the company. Owen mentioned this without naming Todd recently too. I believe I saw karisma king or someone mention they saw Todd in massive arguments over money with other people at rsd back when he was still there. 

Currently he already won the case with the company, this is about attempts to go after them as individuals.

It’s unclear how much of this is Owen and how much is Nick. Owen and Nick also had a falling out over this and don’t work together anymore. Owen heavily implied that he offered to resolve their dispute by just paying them out of his pocket what they claim they lost if they wouldn’t go to court over it but was refused.

Its also unclear how successful his current business is. RSD was dismantled and he said Covid tanked his new stuff so he just spent all his time on vacation trying to fund that.

No, he said they weren’t paying him what he was owed then he made a separate company to work with them to create boundaries, then shifts to the whole conflict. I’m guessing he was taking what he believes he was entitled to and rsd viewed it as him taking what was there’s from the brand and tried to disappear him.

Publicly Owen sometimes refers to this fact by stating things like "We have Julien's letting go work for that". I haven't heard Julien mention working with Owen for years, altho I haven't consumed much of Julien's content in recent years. Julien avoids anything dating related like a monk avoids Vegas tho

That's a fair counter-argument, if true.

But if Todd was embezzeling, why not just fire him or sue him? That's like an arrestable crime.

Yes, I also like to believe Owen has grown up psychologically over the years. It's been 7+ years after all. But who knows, maybe even in some department, he has fallen lower. Probably. Covid seems to have been a big backlash for his development.

That being said, Owen did watch from the side more or less, even if he didn't explicitly do all the shady stuff.

Probably the biggest BS from Owen that Gets ignored, is his physicsl body.

He constantly screams about healthy food and to leave out junk - yet you don’t get that fat and stay fat for probably over a decade at this point, by eating healthy & clean.

He has the money to eat, order & probably even have a part/full time personal chef. What’s the issue?

My read on this is that Owen has just seen too many gym bros and physique chasers get destroyed in field and turn up empty-handed.

This gives him fuel to "prove" the irrelevance of appearance next to frame.

Likewise, he's seen too many psychonauts go maniac with nothing concrete to show for it, hence he poo-poos on psychedelics.

Owen has this self-aggrandizing need to prove that raw frame outperforms all other crutches and tools, and he's willing to nerf himself in all other domains just to showcase frame dominance.
