Why you should try to interact less with others.

Because you're still viewing others from your past self, all action must be focused on praising god no matter how bad you feel sometimes. Catch yourself in your bad habits/bad words and change these words for the good. Pray to god and keep asking for abundance or to be released from repeated worldy duties like going to your work  to praise god and be focused with all your actions on god only.

Only when you reach the state of ecstasy or feeling connections to humans like they're you, you can interact with them. Because when you finally understand, all actions towards others will be in a loving way or a more righteous way.

 

This is only for those that want to reach God or a higher state of consciousness.

Incorrect, your free will are your desires/wishes to god, god gave you a distinction to know what is right or wrong.. Symbol 22:22 is used to make your wishes/desires known to god, perhaps you have seen it.

But still i think there’s no free will. There’s not really a you to have free will. So who’s desires are they?

When you see 22:22, make your wishes/desires known in prayer. Anything is possible.

To answer your question it's desires of both, God sees all and you cannot see. So there are 2 perspectives. Because you cannot see what's above, you have your individual experience.
