I think a lot of the misunderstanding around God and consciousness comes from trying to fit them into a strictly material or logical framework. For me personally, seeing these strange or paranormal experiences taken seriously in places like CIA documents, scientific research, and other credible sources really helped connect the mystical with something more familiar.

Leo's blog was a big inspiration for this, so I figured I'd start this thread!

It's called: the human condition.

Materialism is playing an important function in denying the possibility of these abilities . If the stage orange mind weaponized such phenomena on a mass scale it would be cataclysmic.

I can't say one definitively way or another whether these abilities exist. My intuition says yes.

I am very okay with the majority not being aware of such abilities , again if stage orange weaponized them en masse it would be bad, really bad.

Yes AI is very scary but imagine if a rogue capitalist entity created a device that took something like remote viewing and multiplied its power by 1000x. You can't even imagine the level of destruction that would cause.

Are we encompassing personal experiences with the paranormal, and our analysis of what we think occurred, as it relates to materialism/science? 

I have some really strange experiences under my belt.

I haven't formed any opinions or beliefs as a result.

Just observations, and notes.

@Natasha Tori Maru Honestly, anything is welcome as long as it's presented in a thoughtful way without too many assumptions. The whole point of the thread is to help bridge the gap between the paranormal and the rational, so even simple observational notes are a great fit. Excited to see what comes through - thank you!
