I don't think that or reality is constructed with any intention, It's just that we're in an evolutionary process, just because if we weren't we wouldn't exist, and what's perceived as negative is merely reality guiding itself toward higher levels just because it's possible, is the consequence of infinity. 

Think of the phase difference between inert matter, a basic living organism, a complex organism like a self-aware mammal, and a human developing a living, conceptual mental matrix. Reality tends toward increasingly complex constructs; they just need to be viable. Everything we perceive as bad or good are evolutionary impulses that are impossible to ignore. That's why we're trapped in our limited perspective. If we weren't, we wouldn't have gotten this far. This possibility is the possible,one, then it's happening.
