I only have searched the tools. I think the ones above are used mostly.

Scales are not reliable for such a small measurements.

At least not these scales that are sold under 150€.

And that would be an overkill.

Micro-scoops are more reliable and more than good enough for this purpose.

Do you know the precise weight of that 5-MeO scoop ?

I need to weigh 30mg for analysis, and as the link says :

My idea is to weight like 10 or 20 scoops together then divide to get the weight of 1 scoop

I has two weights to calibrate it and you can adjust it to be completely even levelled. But before you use it please first read the psychonaut wikipedia article on dosage measurement to not risk your live.

I am tempted to only go with the micro scoop but different batches of even the same substance (here 5-MeO) can vary in density, the question is how much 

I guess with experience I won't give a damn but I'm kinda tiptoeing for now

That is a very tiny difference in density. Nothing you should be worried about.
