@Salariatu For sure, man. Will definitely give a go at the Shambhavi Mudra. Have you experienced any benefits from your practice? Please do share... Such possibilities make me excited. My cock is hardening at the prospect of reaching enlightenment thru this specific meditation..

@Breakingthewall 2 ug?? Lol you must weigh 20 pounds, otherwise you are floating in outer space!

@PurpleTree Vat is Dat? (radical nonduality talks)

@CoolDreamThanks Again, your admirable and passionate commitment to studying ACIM is worthy and noble.

Caution: advance practice, you will get extreme headaches and vertigo if you don't go slowly. Similar to sun gazing.

I have a practice like 8 years aprox. of Shambhavi Mudra, looking at your forehead is up to you, just look up. I do both open eyes or closed eyes, as i feel like it, do it until you hide the iris, by relaxing the pupils on open eyes. Do this while you focus on the base of the spine. Remember that Zen Proverb, The knife can't cut himself, meaning don't focus on the head directly, nor your eyes, nor pineal, etc. Focus on the body overwall, while focussing on breath and base of the spine.

One more thing for those advanced. Chakra sequence from Wizard Of Oz 1939. White, Purple, Red, Yellow. Crown, Spleen, Base of the spine, Plexus.
