I feel a bit despondent. I had a friend round last night, and he was quite negative, and I've still not been able to shake off his negativity.

I slept weird. Like mild nightmares.

So now i‘m a bit tired but now going to the Sauna to relax.

I had nightmares the night before last. It was due to my friend bringing a horrible energy into my house.

Is there anything you can pinpoint that might have triggered yours?

Maybe doing a lot of inquiry last night.

Also eating lovely ceareals (organic) with goat milk. Something i haven’t had in weeks.

cereals before bed sometimes give me indigestion.

it's good to be aware of these things. For a long time I wasn't looking after myself, but now i'm on track.
