Why? I am just curious. In my opinion, he had very traumatic experiences in his childhood which formed his toxic willpower to exceed his physical limits. I stopped reading his book after 3/4 because I didnt unterstand, why people see him as a role model.

Maybe you have some other insights about him?

I don’t know many “thinkers” in general so I didn’t have much to pick from. I haven’t read his book either. But I picked him because I like his message of mental toughness, he has an incredibly strong mindset, truly one in a billion type of person,   and in particular I like his self centered approach, he has said things like “the purpose is you” how the purpose in life is bettering oneself. I tend to be very self centered too. He is very straight forward and “simple” which is unlike other thinkers which have more complex ideas. He is not so much of a thinker rather a “doer” one could say so maybe not the best pick for this category but I still wanted to mention him.

Lol you must be his biggest fan at this point.

Nah, I just think he’s one of a kind, like one in a billion type of person, there’s nobody like him from what I’ve seen. I like in particular his self centered approach, how he considers the purpose is life to be bettering oneself

Jordan Hall, Jamie Wheal, Daniel Schmachtenberger and Marc Gafni.

These guys all operate differently and always push my intellectual-edges.

@Jannes She was a great woman! Are you german or is her stuff translated in other languages?

I am German. I dont think much of her content is translated. Her recorded seminars are gold.
