This is what i finally found out in present moment is that confidence around people is a skill and to achieve it you should do things that are not challenging at first but challenging enough to make you grow so there is no magic pill you have to put yourself in uncomfortable situations but gradually. thing that kills you is your pride i can do it in all go you say(its like i can lift 100kg without going threw 10 then 20etc) no thats a trap baby steps just by saying hello at first until it becomes normal than other stuff "harder" for you you will know if its too much or too little in a situation...

I think its a good guidence to what you are looking for...when you disappear still there will be a mind whos saying im everything infinite etc...

@B_Naz you are the univers to experience it you should give up all thoughts giving atention to sensations and remain in the space of yourself to "find" the space you need to get rid of ego/thoughts control neurosis etc you are watching automatically there is no active watcher just attention jumping around giving birth to experience

You are percieving the sensations and the univers and its all one" thing" ...why do you care about phenomena if you care about whats being watched you will never be free you need to be in neutrality and ignore all phenomena appering for awhile...by neutrality i mean the space of yourself

That is still ego runing a show,you will know when you come to realization that there is nothing outside of yourself you will look at your parents or tshirt and see connection/that you are your parents and tshirt

Yes its simple you are right nothing happens and when you say im not concious of it all the time that means you are still attached to the thoughts but not as before..

It would be same thing just different thoughts about different situations...

You are absolute in every moment and enlightened in every moment but not concious of it

For everyone whos been self actualizing for a while you come to the point where you think you know alot and you had some sucess but nothing big,the problem i found is that your mind is tricking you into thinking i already know this i tried it millions of times and nothing(thats the story of lots of peoples lives) if you think you know it you are really not knowing it because you would see it in your life(real changes) its not that its not working its that you are not concious enough to see whats going on really when you actually see you will get resaults and they will come faster than you think for all that is saying that self help or this stuff doesnt work its because they dont see whats going on..mind its like clinging to status quo not letting you to see whats going on in life being more concuious is the key to all sucess (you heard that before) but its really hard to be self honest that you are not concious but if you are then you would see resaults think about this this is the key to all growth...you cant have excuses anymore its your fault (kind of)...(im reapiting myself on purpose ;))
